●檀上宗謙
臨済宗 西光禅寺 住職福山市生まれ｡龍谷大学卒業｡カリフォルニア大学バークレー校短期留学。
インド・ヨーガの里リシケシへ単独渡航、より仏教に目覚める。
1989年建仁寺にて修行。
神勝寺アジア精神文化センターを創設し東洋思想を中心とした禅・ヨーガ・気功の一般講習会を主催。また食育をベースとしたマクロビオテックの教師。
2002年西光禅寺に入寺以降、2013年から世界平和へ向け海外活動を続け、アメリカやオランダでの坐禅、マインドフルネス瞑想会。
2018年国連本部にて世界平和瞑想会を開催。著書『般若心経CDブック』、『優しくなりたく候』日本語・英語版等
Abbot of Saikou Zenji Temple
Born in Fukuyama City, graduated from Ryukoku University and studied briefly at the University of California, Berkeley. Studied briefly at the University of California, Berkeley.
Traveled alone to Rishikesh, the home of yoga in India, where he became more aware of Buddhism.Trained at Kenninji Temple in 1989.
Founded the Shinshoji Asian Spiritual and Cultural Centre.
Organises general workshops on Zen, yoga and qigong with a focus on Eastern thought. He is also the founder of a macrobiotic Macrobiotic teacher based on dietary education.
Since joining Saiko-Zenji in 2002, she has been working for world peace since 2013.Zazen in the USA and the Netherlands, mindfulness meditation sessions in the USA and the Netherlands.
In 2018, he held a world peace meditation session at the UN headquarters.
Author of 'Hannya Shingyo CD Book', 'Kindly Be Kind' (Japanese and English editions), etc.
●植物音楽ユニット・大地の種

植物と対話するきっかけとして北イタリアのスピリチュアルコミュニティ"ダマヌール"で開発された植物音楽デバイス"Bamboo"の公式アンバサダーとして、
植物が奏でる音楽とのコラポーションで唯一無二の即興音楽を繰り広げ、現代人の遠い記憶を呼び戻し、心身魂を整える。
2023年春分の日リリース、植物音楽をふんだんに取り入れた最新アルバム『シン音 -Xin On-』は、Tune Coreワールドトップアルバム・日本２位にチャートインするなど、世界でも話題を集めている。
2023年4月には大地の種として初の海外公演となるマレーシアRoyal Commonwealth Society (RCS) of Malaysia (英王立連邦協会）主催による大地の種コンサート2回公演で成功を博す。

Each is a singer-songwriter who combines European-born pianos, African drums and mixed vocals to create music from the inspiration felt by all things in the world.
They are also good at improvising to create music on the spot, using the device of Music of the Plants called "Bamboo" developed in northern Italy, and they do session with the music of the plants as if talking with them.
In April 2023, "Seeds of the Earth" gave two successful concerts in Malaysia, its first overseas tour, hosted by the Royal Commonwealth Society of Malaysia (RCS).
